Studio Twine Birthday Celebration - Saturday 24th January 2026

Please join us at Studio Twine as we celebrate our 9th Birthday here in Adamstown.
The classes below are on us for the day, to say a big warm thank you for supporting our studio space over the last 9 years. Please remember to book only one class for yourself on the day to allow everyone to experience the magic of yoga and togetherness. Please cancel out of your booking 2 hours prior if you can no longer make it.

Free Classes:
- 7.00am - 8.00am Vinyasa Yoga with Briony Bobeth

- 8.30am - 9.45am Hatha and Meditation with Holly Green CLASS FULL - WAITLIST ACTIVE

- 10.30am - 11.30am Mama Reset - Restorative Yoga with Marion Loisance (mum's only please, pregnant women are welcome)
Treat yourself with a blissful hour of ‘active relaxation’ that will help you balance with the busy-ness of motherhood. This session will help you to calm the nervous system and find the rest and restoration both your body and mind needs! This session is open to mamas, whether you gave birth weeks or years ago, and mamas-to-be.

- 12.00pm - 1.00pm Yin Yoga with Bronwyn Haines

- 4.00pm - 5.30pm Yang + Yin and Journaling Session with Fran Davy
A balanced blend of gentle movement and stillness, followed by guided journaling with Fran Davy. Please bring a journal and pen. The practice gradually moves from movement into rest, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to journal with clarity and ease.
