Carbs and Crying Workshop with Lydia Irving Sunday 3rd December from 11.00am - 1.45pm

Stress can negatively impact your hormones, digestion, weight and sense of overall wellbeing and safety in your body. Understanding how to use food to manage these can be complex and confusing. This workshop will provide clarity on how to do this.
Join Lydia Irving, a qualified clinical nutritionist and dynamic eating psychology coach as she runs a women's wellness workshop called Carbs and Crying. In this workshop, she'll help you understand how to use food to bring down the stress response and cope with chronic stress.
We'll also discuss how stress influences eating behaviours and how to nourish yourself amidst ubiquitous stress. Join me in this open dialogue workshop to repair your relationship with stress through food and feel resilient in the face of everything around.
