Myofascial Sound Unwinding with Hannah Perkins and Frank Reti Sunday 9th February | 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Join Hannah Perkins (Yoga Therapist, Myofascial Bodyworker) and Frank Reti (Sound Therapist) for a deep dive into the fascia, the liquid-crystalline matrix that is the largest organ and most important communication system of your body. Learn to trust the messages from your body, its self-correcting nature and learn tools for self-unwinding that will lead to lasting change.
“A human being is a beautiful, conscious, vibrant, liquid-crystalline matrix” - John Barnes
When fascia is restricted, it limits the flow of fluid and diminishes cellular energy (voltage). Adding soft balls to yoga poses adds pressure to the neural-fascial web, which facilitates unwinding and relieves pain by moving any backlog of fluid pressing on nerve endings. Sound Therapy increases cellular energy production and may help the body heal itself by promoting relaxation and homeostasis. Sound waves have the capacity to clear blockages and restore flow in the channels of the body's subtle energy system. All ticket sales are final. If you can no longer attend the event you can transfer your ticket over to another member in the yoga community. Please email: [email protected] with any enquiries.
