We believe that self care is absolutely vital to living a life of balance, health and vitality; and that is why we have gathered our team of highly qualified and knowledgable teachers to guide you on your yoga mat in the comfort of your own home. These 30 - 60 minute pre-recorded classes showcase a variety of Teachers from Twine who specialise in Hatha, Yin, Yang/Yin, Restorative, MyoFascial Release, Pre-Natal, Kids Yoga and Meditation.
For just $10.00 per week, you will have access every week to over 32 Yoga Classes. The online classes are pre-recorded and you will have access to re-watch the videos anytime you feel called. There is no set timetable that you must follow or show up for. For full terms and conditions click here.

All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class + suitable for pregnancy (second and third trimester). Open your body and mind to a new day as we move through a 30 minute flow for all levels. If pregnant, please allow space for baby by taking feet out wider in all standing positions and create more room for baby when turning and twisting.
30 Minute Hatha Yoga (Express) with Briony Bobeth
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class + suitable for pregnancy (second and third trimester). Hatha yoga is about finding balance and connecting to mind, body, spirit and breath. This is the perfect class to squeeze into a lunch break or a lovely class to practice first thing in the morning to get your blood flowing and energy growing.
30 Minute Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga (Express) with Amy Landry
This brief, but potent, Hatha practice is for all levels. For a beginner, it may feel quite dynamic in nature, but it is short and therefore very accessible. This 30 minute practice is a traditional Fire sequence, designed to mobilise prana and to specifically direct it into the spinal area, chest, and throat. It is recommended to use this sequence only when your mind and nervous system are stable and grounded. The sequence highlights gentle inversions, introduces very basic bandha principles, and specifically works to cultivate UDANA vayu - an upward moving force of prana within the subtle body. We close with some brief pranayama. This practice is not recommended during pregnancy, unless you're a very experienced practitioner and you're past your first trimester.

45 Minute Yin Yoga (Neck and Shoulders) with Briony Bobeth
All levels are welcome to this yin class (not suitable for pregnancy). The perfect way to shift energy and move tension that may be stored in the neck and shoulders. If you are one to sit at a desk or carry small children, this is the perfect class for you!
45 Minute Hatha Yoga (Spinal Strength) with Nikki Grandjean
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class (not suitable for pregnancy). Hatha yoga is about finding balance and connecting to mind, body, spirit and breath. In this practice we explore the spine from strengthening and stability to mobility and movement. For a strong and stable spine, we need a strong and stable core so we take our focus to the front of the body as well.
45 Minute Hatha Yoga (Strong Flow) with Jenny Cummings
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class (not suitable for pregnancy). Hatha yoga is about finding balance. 50 Minute Hatha Yoga (Slow Flow) with Nikki Grandjean
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class + suitable for pregnancy (second and third trimester). This is an easeful practice to bring you into your body and breath. Suitable for all levels, including pregnancy. However, where the practice guides you to your back please remain seated and modify as needed.
60 Minute Hatha Yoga (Slow Flow) with Briony Bobeth
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class + suitable for pregnancy (second and third trimester, please modify and rest if needed). All levels are welcome to this slow and at times strong flow class, which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and re-energised from your head to your toes.
60 Minute Hatha Yoga (Gentle Flow) with Briony Bobeth
All levels are welcome to this dynamic flow class + suitable for pregnancy (second and third trimester). Hatha yoga is about finding balance. Through working with the physical body, releasing tensions and traumas stored in the body, you create space in yourself and through that space and balance, the opportunity for spiritual growth appears.
55 Minute Hatha Yoga (Beginners) with Emily Robinson
Calm the mind and the body through the practice of moving meditation, yoga. This class will encourage you to stretch and lengthen your muscles + build and develop strength whilst also learning to settle the physical body and mind through breath. Through this 55 minute class we will help you to develop self-awareness and balance out your physical, mental and emotional and energetic body.
60 Minute Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga with Amy Landry
All levels are welcome to enjoy this traditional Hatha practice. Note that if you're pregnant, some modifications will be needed and the sequence is not appropriate for your first trimester. The practice is a Solar or Sun sequence, designed to enliven and build pranic sensitivity. It is recommended to use this class in the mornings, and to ensure your mind and nervous system are in a stable place. Here we will bring a little emphasis to the inhalations and developing gentle breath retentions. We close with some brief pranayama.
40 Minute Yin Yoga (Summer Sequence) with Holly Cootes
This cooling yin sequence is perfect for the warmers months and any other period of your life when you feel burnt out or exhausted both mentally and physically. You’ll be moving through a delicious experience of twists, forward folds and shoulder openings. Not suitable for pregnancy. Suitable for all levels.

This is a great sequence for runners and cyclists to help loosen up those tight areas. This practice is also beneficial for people with poor circulation in the legs and feet. Yin is a beautiful practice that encourages us to stay in a particular pose for long periods of time, with an emphasis on stillness to awaken us to the present moment.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of the practice. This class is pregnancy appropriate but please modify the twist. Yin Yoga is slow, quiet, passive and challenging. We all tend to carry a lot of stress in the neck, chest and shoulder area and tight neck and shoulder muscles can lead to headaches and shallow breathing (let’s reverse that). Yin is a beautiful practice that encourages us to stay in a particular pose for long periods of time, with an emphasis on stillness to awaken us to the present moment.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of the practice (including pregnancy). Yin Yoga is slow, quiet, passive and challenging. In this practice we will be working the 'yin' tissues of the body. Strengthening our ligaments, joints, fascial networks and bones with a focus on exercising the denser connective tissues of the body. This sequence is intended to improve immune function through lymph drainage, alongside the other typical benefits of a yin practice mentioned above.
60 Minute Yin Yoga (Autumn Sequence) with Cass Laughton
Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of the practice (including pregnancy). Yin Yoga is slow, quiet, passive and challenging. In this practice we will be working the 'yin' tissues of the body. Strengthening our ligaments, joints, fascial networks and bones with a focus on exercising the denser connective tissues of the body. This practice will focus on the lung and large intestine meridians - predominantly upper body.
45 Minute Restorative Yoga (Rest-Time) with Hannah Perkins
Our restorative yoga practice is suitable for all levels of the practice (including pregnancy and the injured). This class is suitable for all bodies. A 45 minute class to balance the nervous system and a great class to prepare you for a restful night’s sleep (or perfect instead of an afternoon nap). A relaxation class designed to allow you to surrender and let go. Reducing any stress within the nervous system and releasing tension from the mind and body. Please always work within your limitations and respect your body at all times.
55 Minute Yang/Yin Yoga with Holly Cootes
This calming, grounding lunar practice will help you come back to earth. Activating the earth element at the base of your spine you’ll find greater stability in your life. Perfect for an evening practice and any time you feel you need to come back to earth and honour letting go. Suitable for all levels.

This class is suitable for the majority (if you are pregnant, please modify the twist). Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. This class includes a short pranayama (breathing practice).

A 45 minute Pre-Natal sequence to ground and connect you into your breath, body, mind, spirit and baby. A beautiful balance of strength and flow with a constant connection to the little bub growing within. Please respect that every woman and body is different, in that what may work wonderful for one woman in practice will be ineffective for another. The most important thing of all is to trust your instinct on and off the yoga mat.

Please remember that as a pregnant woman, our bodies are full of a hormone called relaxin which makes your connective tissue softer than normal. This means it is much easier to over stress the ligaments and cartilage in your body. Our intention is to create space, stimulate the meridian lines and send chi/prana/energetic love through the body (especially to your baby).
25 Minute Active Kids Yoga (3-10 yrs) with Cass Laughton
Our Active Kids Yoga class is suitable for children between the ages of 3-10 years. We do however encourage the whole family to jump in on this one! This is a fun, light hearted, energetic practice and a beautiful opportunity to connect with your loved ones. To support, encourage and guide each other through life on and off the yoga mat with love, compassion and kindness. Please always work within your limitations and respect your body at all times. No yoga props are required for this class.
