Seasonal Transitions Workshop with Mascha Coetzee Sunday 11th June | 11.00am - 1.30pm
This 2.5- hour workshop is our offering for you to take time for yourself to reset and be nurtured by the means of yogic practices that will leave you feeling re-invigorated, yet calm, connected and filled with vitality as the colder season unfolds. Led by Mascha Coetzee, this workshop will entail an integrative yoga session, inclusive of a warming vata-stabilising yang practice and grounding nourishing and immunity-boosting yin session to balance out metal element (Lung and Large Intestine) associated with chillier weather and sequenced to complement your practice this season. Using the principles of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, this workshop will also include holistic practical tips you can use to incorporate into your daily routine, along with breathwork and meditation, which will conclude this seasonal mini-retreat. About Mascha: Mascha is a published holistic wellness and yoga writer and Certified Yoga Teacher with extensive hours of formal training in Yin Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Myofascial Release and Meditation. She interweaves the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Research into her teachings.

Menopause Your Way | Day Retreat with Justine and Sonya Saturday 1st July | 10am - 4pm
Menopause can be a time for you to consider where you are in life and how you want to move forward. It can be the time when you stop telling yourself to settle for less and allow yourself to open up to more. A process of releasing old habits that leave you feeling shitty and embracing new choices. Come together with other women to spend the day with us and learn how.
As a personal trainer and menopause mentor, Sonya takes the science and confusion of peri menopause and breaks it down in a way that is easy to understand and relatable. You will learn from Sonya what's going on, why you feel the way you do and what you can do to eat, move and feel better.
Investment: $144.00 per person or purchase two tickets for $248.00.
And Justine, a qualified teacher of yoga for menopause, will help you to look within the practices of yoga to better support your mental and physical well-being. Yoga gives us the opportunity to expand awareness of our body, self-talk and perspective. With greater awareness comes opportunity for change and self acceptance.

Restorative Yoga Workshops with Hannah Perkins The last Sunday of each Month | 11am - 1pm
Restorative Yoga is a practice which harmonises the vital life force in our body, prana, through the art of deep and conscious rest. By combining supported postures, breathing exercises and meditation we can effortlessly restore our body's energy to its most natural state, free-flowing and unlimited.
Sunday 25th June 11.00am- 1.00pm Healing for the healer (Recovery from burn-out/compassion fatigue)
Sunday 30th July 11.00am- 1.00pm Breath Reset (Release tension in the diaphragm and muscles of the torso)
Sunday 27th August 11.00am- 1.00pm Befriending the body (Shifting from self-judgement) These sessions can be taken as a series or individually and are led by Hannah Perkins, Yoga Therapist, who has been passionately teaching Trauma Aware Restorative Yoga since 2016. Through the power of mindful attention you can become aware of and release any energy imbalances in your body, mind and nervous system.
Please BYO 1x Yoga Mat, 1 x bolster, 1 x weighted blanket, 1 x light blanket/shawl (to cover), 1 x eye pillow or eye mask. We also encourage that you wear, loose comfortable clothing and leave all jewellery/watches at home. Ensure that you are also warm for the duration of the workshop.
