Our Timetable is current from 1st September - 31st January 2020
Please note, we have a reduced schedule over the holiday period (23rd December 2019 - 5th January 2020)
All updates are linked to our Mind Body booking program (click below)

For all the beautiful Mumma's to be, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you, and to experience our studio after 14 weeks.
We then encourage a gentle, modified Yoga practice starting in the second trimester.
There are literally millions of changes going on in your body in early pregnancy: physiological, emotional and (very) hormonal. Even if you feel healthy and well, your body is working extra hard to create your own mini person and this is definitely a time to slow down, adapt mindfully to the changes and simply take care.

Please arrive at Twine 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
Our doors will be locked right on class time so please be accountable and please be on Twine time.
In doing so, we pay respect to our fellow Teachers, Yogis and Yogini's.
At Twine Yoga Studio we pride ourselves on having an open space and clean environment that is relaxing, stimulating and inspiring to the creative mind. Our knowledgeable teachers will take care in remembering your name and will always share a loving smile.
As you leave your practice at Twine, a sense of rejuvenation and inspiration will be with you.
Opening the internal door to positive transformation and ultimately creating a calm, peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart and a strong feeling of self-acceptance.
