Hatha Yoga

A steady, holistic practice that combines postures, breathwork, and traditional techniques such as pranayama and bandha. The pace is moderate, allowing time to refine alignment and build inner awareness. This foundational style is traditionally designed to balance body and mind, creating stability and clarity. It may include gentle dynamic sequences along with focused holds. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. The pace is steady and continuous, creating a sense of rhythm and focus throughout the sequence. Expect a variety of postures that build strength, flexibility, creativity, and balance. This class suits those who enjoy a faster pace and an energising physical practice. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

A slow, grounding practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the muscles to release and the deeper layers to open. Props are used for support as you move through floor-based poses designed to improve mobility and release tension. This class is ideal for those wanting to restore balance, increase flexibility, and experience deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Yang + Yin

A balanced practice that blends two complementary energies in one class. The first half is dynamic and flowing (Yang), building strength, warmth, and mobility. The second half slows down into longer-held poses (Yin), targeting deep connective tissues and calming the nervous system. Expect a gradual shift from movement to stillness, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply restored. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also referred to as yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative meditation practiced. This meditation technique is practiced lying down. While the body is completely supported, the mind is guided toward the inner, subtle body and beyond. This technique is designed to take you beyond the everyday waking state and into a deep meditative place. You will leave feeling calm yet vital, peaceful and connected. Suitable for everyone.

Cancellation Policy: Our Sunday Yin & Yoga Nidra class requires 6 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do not cancel with 6 hours notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee/no show fee of $15.00 through your mind body account. Waitlist will be activated if classes are full and if a cancellation occurs mind body will send you an email stating you have been accepted into the class (if for some reason you are then unable to attend, please cancel your booking) - you can also track this update via your mind body app. Please do not rely on a emailed cancellation or phone message cancellation as management may not see this notification in time.

Myofascial Yoga

Myofascial Yoga is at the intersection of therapeutic bodywork (myofascial release), functional movement and trauma-informed yoga practice, the lens through which we will explore the interconnectedness between bones, muscles, fascia, the nervous system and brain. This class combines functional movement (patterns of moving in everyday life) with myofascial self-care (bouncing, rolling and self massage to re-hydrate stiff and frozen tissue) to support our body's tissues in becoming stronger and more pliable, offering greater mobility and movement possibilities. Mindfulness-based practice can help improve executive function, neural flexibility and decision making. In addition, by getting to know our nervous system from the inside out we can learn to befriend ourselves and create a healthy relationship with the mind and with the body. Open to new students, as well as regular students that have been practicing yoga for a while, this class is also suitable if you have some physical limitations or to maintain your regular yoga practice after an injury or surgery. This is a light-hearted and joyful class which will help to reduce stress, improve nervous system resilience and increase overall vitality. Taught by Hannah Perkins, who is a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist, Myofascial Release/Craniosacral Bodyworker and Mindfulness facilitator. This class is suitable for all levels of the practice.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, deeply relaxing practice designed to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. The class uses slow, mindful movement and supported postures to promote ease, reduce stress, and restore balance. Props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks are used to provide complete comfort and support in every pose. Unlike Yin Yoga, which works into connective tissue through long-held stretches, Restorative focuses on complete relaxation with minimal effort. This practice is ideal for anyone who is feeling tired, exhausted or simply wanting to slow down and feel nourished. Suitable for all levels and those seeking a restful physical approach to yoga.

Pre Natal Yoga

This 60 minute pre-natal yoga class incorporates cultivating connection to your instinct and intuition, embodied movement, meditation, mindfulness, breath work and other tools for an active birth. You will deepen your connection with your baby, your body, and your breath, and be ready for birth. For all the beautiful Mumma's to be, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you, and to experience our studio after 14 weeks. We strongly encourage a gentle, modified Yoga practice starting in the second trimester. There are literally millions of changes going on in your body in early pregnancy: physiological, emotional and (very) hormonal. Even if you feel healthy and well, your body is working extra hard to create your own mini person and this is definitely a time to slow down, adapt mindfully to the changes and simply take care.

Mums + Cubs Yoga - Paused

It is recommended that women (re)introduce yoga around the 6-12 week mark after giving birth, and only once your care provider has given you the all clear. With so much emphasis on pregnancy and labour, the post partum period is often neglected and undervalued. This weekly 50 minute class goes beyond being a class with baby by your side. It is specifically for new mums to aid post partum recovery, both physically and mentally. This offering will support strength building, restoration, rest, breath work, mindfulness, confidence, and connection.  Please bring a yoga mat with you (or hire one from us), an extra towel to lay over a bolster if needed, a wrap or blanket (for baby) and any toys to keep your little one entertained. We will be keeping the studio space nice and safe for any creepy crawlies. We also suggest that you bring baby in a carrier of some kind as our entry way may be quite restricting for the storage of multiple prams.

Sound Healing - Paused

Sound, frequency and music are universal languages that provide significant emotional, mental and spiritual benefits.By exposing your cells to natural, beneficial and healing frequencies, Sound Therapy aims to induce a state of homeostasis or balance within your body. In addition, it restores the body’s self-healing capability. All sessions for the upcoming group sound immersions are targeted to repair and replenish particular regions of the body while focusing on themed intentions such as the power of the elements being fire, earth, air and water. Along with live instrumentation, healing tones are generated and Integrated into the experience to deliver a calmly and often rejuvenating experience promoting wellness and greater health.
This class is
suitable for all levels of the practice.

Mat Pilates

A mindful movement practice that focuses on strength, stability, and alignment. This class draws on classical Pilates principles with contemporary variations, combining breath and controlled movement for an effective full-body workout. Expect layered exercises that target postural muscles and support functional movement, with options to modify for every level. It is accessible and pre/postnatal friendly, making it suitable for a wide range of students. Join a welcoming, community-focused class that leaves you feeling strong, connected, and engaged in your body.
As you enter Studio Twine, you leave the outside world behind and immerse yourself in good vibes, which ultimately creates a happy and healthy experience on and off the mat.
