We at Twine Yoga Studio are here in this community to connect and collaborate with like minded businesses in the local area. With your willingness and dedication we can create programs for your staff members that will cater to all levels of ability and interest.
​Our intention of bringing yoga into the workplace is to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as encourage physical movement which will aim to improve staff engagement, productivity, job satisfaction, success and overall health and happiness.

Yoga Therapy + myofascial release bodywork with Hannah Perkins

Hannah Perkins has been practicing in the Buddhist and Yogic traditions for over 13 years and is a passionate student of the many pathways which lead us (back) into conscious awareness. By applying these methods, a Yoga Therapy session can help you to reduce stress and heal trauma at all levels of your being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - allowing you to embrace the source of wellbeing and aliveness that dwells within.

Your private consult includes:
- Mindfulness of and support with your daily lifestyle, dietary and sleep habits
- A personalised practice combining movement, breathing, deep relaxation, mantra and visualisation, to suit your busy schedule
- An exclusive guided meditation audio, recorded just for you.


2023 Pricing:
Yoga Therapy Initial Consult = $130.00 (75 mins)
Follow-up Consult = $130.00 (60 mins)
4 x Follow-up Consults (60mins) = $480.00 (save $10.00 per consult) 

Yoga Therapy + Myofascial Release

About:
Hannah has been leading groups, courses, retreats and movement classes since 2013 and is passionate about using the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda to reduce stress and heal trauma at all levels of the human experience - individual, collective and societal.
In addition to teaching weekly Trauma Aware Yoga classes, she also sees a wide range of students in her private Yoga Therapy practice, sharing with them the wisdom gained through her personal experience of dealing with anxiety/depression, life-threatening illness and chronic pain.

She discovered Mindfulness as an antidote to the stress of working with various environmental campaigns, later coming back to the incredible healing potential of the body-heart-mind connection after a cancer diagnosis at age 29. Since then she has used Yoga and meditation to turn towards difficult bodily sensations and distressing thoughts, her daily practice supporting her to observe the changeable quality of body and mind and not get too attached to any of it. In 2015, she was selected to be part of the world’s largest Mindfulness summit, a free online event with 31 of the world’s leading Mindfulness teachers, researchers and experts from around the globe.
